New client at JULI Notaris?
We’re happy to help – and we believe it’s important that we’re actually able to do so properly. Many of our clients come to us with personal, complex or international issues. This requires attention, specialist knowledge and sufficient time. To ensure the quality of our services, we therefore take on only a limited number of new cases at any one time.

Who do we like to make room for?
Our existing clients and those referred to us by our regular referrers are given priority when submitting new applications. In addition, we are happy to take on new clients provided your enquiry falls within our area of expertise and we have sufficient capacity to handle the matter with the level of attention you would expect from us. Once we have received your enquiry, we will therefore first assess whether we can help you and how long it will take.

Our rates
We believe it’s important that you know where you stand from the outset. That’s why we’re transparent about our rates. We charge on the basis of the time actually spent. The hourly rate depends on who carries out the work and on the level of experience and specialisation required.

Hourly rates 2026/2027
Notary/senior specialists: €375 per hour
Medior specialists: €265–350 per hour
Junior specialists: €225–265 per hour
(Administrative) support staff: €225 per hour
The amounts are exclusive of VAT and any third-party costs.

Would you like to book an appointment?
Have you had a look at our rates, and do they meet your expectations? If so, we’d like to hear how we can help you. You can use our form to briefly outline your situation and your enquiry. Based on this, we will assess whether we can take on your case and what the most appropriate next step is.

Just a quick legal question?
We understand that sometimes you just want to know “where you stand”. However, a legal question is often less straightforward than it seems at first glance. In order to advise you properly, we need to be familiar with your personal circumstances and, in some cases, previous deeds or other documents.
For this reason, as a general rule, we do not provide non-binding legal advice over the telephone or by email. If you are not yet a client and have a specific legal enquiry, you can request an appointment via our intake form. Are you already a client? If so, you can, of course, contact your practitioner directly.

Urgent case?
Please state this clearly in your application and also explain why it is urgent and what the deadline is. We will then assess whether it is possible to process your application within the requested timeframe.
Different rates may apply for urgent work.

Compliance
As a notary, we are obliged to verify the identity of clients and – depending on the case – to ask additional questions regarding (i) the source of funds, (ii) ownership structures (including ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs)), (iii) whether you are a politically exposed person (PEP). The rules are derived from the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention) Act (Wwft) and the Notaries Act (Wna).

We only ask for what we really need – and we treat everything you entrust to us with care.
